Most website builders are general purpose. You can build anything on them, which in practice means you build everything yourself. Their templates assume you're a restaurant, a photographer or a coffee brand. Property is an afterthought, bolted on with a plugin or a generic database block.
Midtide does the opposite. We only build real estate websites, which sounds like a constraint until you try to launch one. The constraint is the point.

Multilingual out of the box
English, Spanish, Portuguese and Bahasa Indonesia are live, with hreflang done correctly so Google indexes the right version for the right buyer. AI translations are in beta if you'd rather not paste each listing into Google Translate yourself. If your market needs a language we don't yet support, ask and we'll prioritise it.
The numbers buyers want, on the page
A buyer reading a listing is doing maths in their head. We give them the calculator. Every property can carry a mortgage calculator and an ROI calculator with the asking price, currency and sensible defaults already filled in. They stay on the page longer, and they qualify themselves before they ever fill in the contact form.
Support that picks up
This is the boring one that quietly matters most. Midtide is a small team, so when you email us or message us on WhatsApp you reach someone who actually built the product. We've shipped custom features for paying customers in the same week they asked. There is no ticket queue and no first line agent reading from a script.
The honest summary
On Wix or Squarespace you design a real estate site. On Midtide you start with a real estate site and adjust it to your brand. You aren't trading design for property tooling, or property tooling for design. You get both, because that's the only thing the product is for.
